  • To enforce effective management of provincial cash resources to ensure liquidity that enables the province to meet its financial obligations.

  • Render accurate and efficient banking services to all provincial departments.
  • ​Maintain good relationships with the provincial departments and the provincial banker.
  • Monitor and control the cash-flow of the province.
